I offer a holistic blend of bodywork, energetic practices, and ceremonial spaces designed to support the whole being; body, mind, and subtle energy. My work includes Tuina (Chinese Remedial Massage), Mama Medicina abdominal and womb work, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Energy Tuning (Reiki background), and the creation of bespoke 1:1 Ceremonies to honour meaningful moments and transitions in life.

At the heart of my practice is deep presence. I weave intuition, intention, and skilled touch to create a space where the body can soften, layers can release, and the nervous system can return to balance. Each session is an invitation to reconnect with your innate wisdom and restore a sense of flow, clarity, and grounded calm.

For over 12 years, I have been devoted to the art of massage and the many pathways through which we remember ourselves. My work is shaped by lived experience, learning and unlearning, grief and joy, play and challenge, and a deep reverence for the perfectly imperfect human journey. I remain continually inspired by the subtle intelligence of the body and the ways we evolve through this great “school of life.”

Tuina was my first love and remains the foundation of my work. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this powerful yet nuanced modality works with the body’s meridian system to support circulation, mobility, and the free flow of Qi. Tuina can help relieve muscular tension, address chronic pain, support organ function, and calm the nervous system, while also offering a deeply grounding and restorative experience. Over time, my hands and intuition have evolved into a unique style that blends technique, deep listening, and responsiveness to what the body is truly asking for.

I also offer Mama Medicina, a gentle, intentional modality that brings focused care to the abdominal and womb space. This work honours the womb as a centre of creativity, intuition, and vitality, supporting those who feel called to tend to this powerful and often overlooked space.

Honouring the person on the table, their story, their body, their becoming, is sacred to me. This reverence forms the heart of my bodywork.

Beyond physical touch, my work extends into breath, energy, and ceremony. Conscious Connected Breathwork has been profoundly transformative in my own life, expanding my capacity for compassion, self-awareness, and joy. Sharing this practice one-on-one is a privilege, and I continue to be humbled by what becomes possible when we meet ourselves through the breath.

Energy Tuning (Reiki background), works gently with the subtle layers of the body to restore balance and coherence. Whether in person or from afar, this work often reveals what is unseen yet ready to be acknowledged, integrated, or released.

I am also deeply passionate about holding 1:1 Ceremonies to honour significant occasions and life transitions, moments of initiation, closure, celebration, remembrance, and becoming. These ceremonial spaces are created with care, intention, and deep listening, offering a container for meaning, reflection, and embodied presence.

Each of my offerings is an expression of how I share my medicine, with integrity, curiosity, and profound respect for the human experience.
