Whilst studying an Engineering degree at university I developed a chronic digestive disorder which was attributed to the intense stressors associated with the demands of the curriculum.

This initiated a redirection of path from Engineering to Naturopathy, which I obtained my degree within. The pursuit of alternate medicine and methodologies has taken me to Greece, Kos, as a guest speaker in reflexology, studying Homeopathy in India, Bangalore, to trekking through Nepal and participating in observational studies with a Tibetan Doctor.

Throughout my 35 years’ experience within the holistic health and wellness field, I performed roles such as resident clinical Naturopath, lecturer and holistic health services manager within three of Australia’s leading Health & Wellness retreats, guiding up to 70 guests a week with their wellness objectives through consultation, education and alternate health modalities.

Now in private practise and currently consulting to another established pioneering Health Retreat on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, I continue to strive and thrive in the field of Health & Wellness, expanding into new awareness’s, developments and understandings of true wholeness, not just in the domain of health, but the multi layered complexity of being human. This has included additional transformative holistic therapies studied such as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Evolutionary Astrology, to Earth Healing and Harmonising which involves resolving, resetting and recalibrating energetic disruptions in spaces of land, home and businesses to achieve correction, balance, insight and wellbeing for clients.
