I commenced my career in natural therapies in 1991 in Melbourne and qualified as a naturopath in 1996 and commenced practice as resident naturopath at Eden Health Retreat and then Golden Door Health Retreat – Queensland. I then expanded in Stress Management coaching at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat and then moved to Golden Door Elysia in the Hunter Valley, NSW to offer my services as Holistic Health Services Manager at The Golden Door Heath Retreat – Elysia. At Elysia I participated in guest experience, overseeing the wellness centre and collaborating with a team of one hundred staff. I conducted naturopathic consultations, resilience life coaching, astrology consultations and chromo crystal light therapy sessions, yoga, and meditation teaching.

I presented lectures in nutrition, building resilience, men’s, and women’s health, provided practices in meditation, mindfulness, yoga (yin vinyasa, hatha and restorative), on a weekly basis to fifty plus retreat guests seeking guidance, improvement in health and restoration.

Still after 30 years of service in the holistic health industry my passion and dedication to breaking through new frontiers and leading clients to new and improved possibilities is passion driven. As a result, I was nominated as Naturopath of the Year in 2018 for Leadership and development and contribution to the Wellness Industry.

In 2019 I relocated back to Queensland to continue my practice of naturopathy, astrology and hypnosis plus teaching on the Sunshine Coast at Noosa Holistic Health, Kunara Organic Marketplace, and Living Valley Health Retreat.

​ In 2018 I introduced Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique – QHHT into my practice which is a form of past life regression, healing, and connection to the higher self.

My studies were with the Academy of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy (USA) Level 1 and Level 2 having now completed 100s of sessions to date I like to call this work – Quantum Healing – Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) which access’s deep subconscious wisdom, past-life memories, and soul guidance. It helps find answers to life’s questions via the subconscious mind or higher self.

My enthusiasm and love toward the exploration of Astrology have been a 30-year journey and uses a unique soul infused consultation aptly named Evolutionary Astrology to his collective experience, with favourable results. At this time in the Planets evolution and humanities ascension, the offering of an Inspired Astrology Reading is timely, assisting clients to better understand themselves and their relevance in the cosmos. Additionally in recent years there are now Life Path Astrology courses to understand more of your astrological blueprint and more.

Naturopathic Support uses whole-body wellness using herbal medicine, nutrition, diagnostics & more. I use a form of Bio-communication Technology called ZYTO Elite for assessment of Naturopathic clients to assess overall – biological organ systems, hormones, vitamins and minerals, neurotransmitters. I will also use Integrative Pathology as required.

One of my loves is teaching, giving seminars and public speaking engagements on topics such as Quantum Healing, Group Workshops and Astrology courses, in community centres, organizations and mind/body/spirit expos.

My approach and aim is to assist you integrate a broader understanding of self, improve your health and wellness outcomes in a holistic way, to live the best life you can through the many tools, techniques, therapies, science and alternative based understandings I have accumulated over a 35 year journey into the integrative, holistic medicine and energetic field of healing.
